Birthday Parties
The Basic Package

Barn arranged for seating & food storage

15 chairs - you're welcome to bring more

Unguided interaction with animals (all outside the fence)

Two hours for set up from 4-6pm on Friday night

Please arrive 30mins prior to start time

Clean up must be finished 30mins after the end of the party

You are welcome to set up anything but it must be taken down in the 30min window at the end

All food and drink must be taken home at the end

One staff member will be present for all Basic parties, and a second member will be present for all add on's

Alcohol - no hard alcohol allowed. Please do not leave any behind. Iron Horse reserves the right to ask anyone to leave.

The farm has one ADA-accessible bathroom on property.

Scheduling
Parties are only available on Saturdays between 10-4pm. All parties must start by 2 at the latest and cleaned up by 4:30.
To reserve a date, a $50 deposit is required and will go towards your overall total.
You can use this form to schedule a tour or your party.
