A Unique Approach to Therapy: Our Story at Iron Horse
Iron Horse Therapeutic Farm has been a long-term dream of owner Taneal Behm & her family. When she was younger, Taneal's grandmother gave her the poem "Iron Horse" by Tina Cocker Bastien. After reading this poem, the dream of creating a facility where those of different abilities could experience life from the back of a horse was born.
Taneal opened NoCo Pediatric OT with Sheryl Daneman in 2013 and has been practicing equine movement ever since. In 2017 she expanded to create Integrated Pediatric Therapy Associates to provide interdisciplinary services in one building for the pediatric special needs community.
