Through our sister company, Iron Horse partners with IPTA to accept undergraduate students in any degree track who are planning on entering into a graduate program for occupational therapy. Internships are available year-round. Strong candidates are motivated, organized and capable of managing time and expectations independently. Candidates can expect to complete the below application and complete an interview process prior to their desired semester of rotation.

Please note - ​all therapy internships are completed through IPTA. Candidates can be placed at any of our 3 locations (Windsor/Greeley clinics or Iron Horse). As of spring 2026, IPTA is currently only accepting OT interns with the plan to create a SLP internship program in the fall.
