Iron Horse Therapeutic Farm is proud to be partnered with the following companies to serve the growing needs of our Northern Colorado community. These community partners utilize our accessible farm location for their own clientele, serving their mission, vision and values as needed.
Epic Endeavors is a supported job employment program that provides skilled job coaching to over 40 individuals in the Northern Colorado community. Founder Andy Hermance supports clients to find meaningful work experience, assist with independent living skills, and ensure his team endeavor together!
IHTF serves as a job site for the Epic Endeavors crew, who get paid for helping us keep up on farm chores and loving on our animals a little extra.
The Better People Care team provide DAWN Dementia Specialist care and community-based, direct-service therapy and rehabilitation for folks and care partners who wish to remain safe, satisfied, and healthy during the aging process’s changes. Their care is personalized and highly skilled while considering the context and the landscape of a person’s life.
Founded and directed by Jill Couch, MS, OT/L, a licensed Occupational Therapist, Certified DAWN Dementia Specialist and Trainer/Consultant, you may see her and her companions enjoying a warm day at the farm!
Good 2 Go Ranch welcomes those who have carried the heavy burdens of service — the veteran navigating the transition to civilian life, the first responder recovering from the weight of repeated crises, and the families and caregivers who have stood beside them through it all. They know their stories are complex, and are here to walk alongside them every step of the way.
Founder Jared Fender envisioned a sanctuary where these heroes could reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with the people who matter most. Horses became the heart of that vision — their calm presence and honest connection offering something no words could match. From this idea, Good2Go Ranch was born, and it has grown into a place where healing is not rushed, where every conversation matters, and where no one has to face their journey alone.
