Integrated Pediatric Therapy Associates & Iron Horse Therapeutic Farm have proudly been serving the Northern Colorado special needs community through equine movement for 10 years. We are committed to providing an accessible farm space for all abilities and are raising money to continue to update our property to maximize accessibility as well as add to the Iron Horse Therapy Scholarship fund. Our scholarship covers services for families in need to continue skilled OT services when they or their insurance are unable to pay for services.​​
